fbaj Terms & Conditions

fbaj is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, slot games, live casino, and various other online gaming services for Bangladeshi players. These terms and conditions apply to the fbaj.lat website and all services under it.

This agreement forms a binding legal contract between the fbaj platform ("we", "our", "Company") and registered members ("you", "member", "player"). Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also incorporated into and form part of this agreement.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the fbaj.lat website and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to real money and bonus money held in an account.
• "Bet" refers to money placed to participate in a game or betting event.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to access of fbaj from all devices — whether desktop, mobile, or tablet. Accessing the platform means you have fully accepted these terms.

To create an account and participate in games on the fbaj platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met.

2.1 Age Requirement

fbaj is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. No person under 21 may under any circumstances create an account or participate in games on the fbaj platform. We may request proof of age verification at any time and reserve the right to suspend an account until the required documents are provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on fbaj. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be treated as a prohibited activity, all accounts will be closed, and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, phone number, date of birth — must be true, accurate, and complete. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and in such cases any balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbaj may request identity verification documents from members at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be suspended until documents are submitted within the specified timeframe.

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your fbaj account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. fbaj will not be held liable for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

fbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of providing false information
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of manipulation or fraud
• Failure to pass age verification
• Extended period of account inactivity

3.3 Self-Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all applicable withdrawals from your balance will be processed, provided the withdrawal eligibility conditions have been met.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds on the fbaj platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No payment methods other than those listed above are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on fbaj are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases this time may increase due to identity verification (KYC) or security checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (where possible).
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled after it is submitted, up until processing begins.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the fbaj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not possible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: if you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,000 and the total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳10,000 and the total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus. This applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is counted from the date the bonus is activated. If the requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

fbaj's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Your VIP tier may be upgraded through regular active gaming. VIP cashback is paid on net losses only.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Only one bonus is accepted per household or IP address.
• fbaj reserves the right to grant and cancel bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• If a bonus is claimed fraudulently, the account will be closed.

6.1 Sports Betting

fbaj offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Betting markets are generally offered on international tournaments such as the T20 World Cup, IPL, BPL, ICC events, FIFA, and others. The outcome of all bets is determined in accordance with rules set by the relevant authority.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

fbaj offers slot games, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules which can be viewed by launching the game. All games are operated under fair play principles.

6.3 Technical Issues

If any round remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during a game, fbaj reserves the right to determine the outcome based on server logs. fbaj is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues.

6.4 Result Disputes

If any game or betting result appears inconsistent, the support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. fbaj's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbaj platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

7.1 Identity Fraud

• Creating an account using another person's identity
• Providing a false name, address, or other personal information
• One individual operating multiple accounts

7.2 Financial Fraud

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund processing

7.3 Manipulation & Cheating

• Using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to influence game outcomes
• Colluding with other members to manipulate games
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system

7.4 Inappropriate Conduct

• Behaving in an abusive or threatening manner toward platform staff
• Harassing other users or enticing them to cheat
• Attempting to access fbaj systems beyond authorized access

fbaj believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and financial safety of our members.

8.1 Setting Limits

Members may set deposit, bet, and loss limits on their account. These limits may be tightened at any time, but a cooling-off period will be required to loosen them.

Gaming involves risk and the possibility of financial loss is always present. fbaj is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gambling. Members participate in games entirely at their own risk.
